o    Drive / promote innovation within NZ Post
•    GM MARKETING:
o    As a part of the senior executive team, responsible for business continuity and growth in the business and consumer letters market
o    A team of 10+ staff (4 direct reports)
o    Responsible for annual turnover of approximately NZ$375 million
o    Appointed to the ‘Deregulation Planning Team’ – a small team of 4 senior staff reporting directly to the CEO
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
•    Part of the senior team that won the Deloitte ‘Company of the Year’ award
•    International: Seconded to Beijing, to lecture in marketing to a World Bank / Chinese Government assembly of developing nations CEOs from national infrastructure organisations
•    International: Seconded to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina with CitiCorp to value Correos Argentinos (the Argentine Postal Service), a potential CitiCorp led consortium purchase
•    Successfully helped lead NZ Post to a profitable path through the deregulation of the NZ Postal Service
